Informz is committed to best email practices, and has been accredited by the Institute for Spam and Internet Public Policy as meeting the requirements for listing in their ISIPP Accreditation Database (IADB). Our IADB registration number is 2004032600017. For more information see ISIPP
Informz strongly enforces sending email only to individuals who wish to receive it. Our software makes it easy for organizations to practice permission marketing. Our clients control their own email databases and make their own decisions on who to correspond. Our clients also sign binding agreements ensuring that their subscribers have opted-in to receive all of the email they are delivering. Informz reserves the right to cancel service of any client who does not follow our permission policy.
Individuals who receive email that they have not opted to receive should forward the email to abuse@Informz.com. These reports are treated seriously and are always followed-up on.
Individuals who no longer wish to receive email from an Informz client should just click on the unsubscribe link to be taken to a web page to be removed. Informz unsubscribe pages are just that. They unsubscribe the email recipient. If you are unable to do this, please send an email to support@informz.com requesting to be unsubscribed. It will be immediately taken care of.
Individuals may also wish to change the information that they receive from an Informz client. Modify Profile links also exist on every email from Informz.
The Informz policy is to remove subscribers whose emails hard bounce 3 consecutive times within 15 days. AOL subscribers are removed after 1 bounce.
