Joseph C. Tyler
PRESIDENT & CEO
Joe is the founder of Informz and brings more than fifteen years experience in
technology management, software engineering, e-business, and customer
relationship management to his role as president.
Prior to founding Informz, he held management positions in software development
firms and in leading technology companies. As Executive Vice President of
Exploration Enterprises and Orbit Determination Analyst with Computer Sciences
Corporation at NASA, Goddard, Tyler led countless development projects and
fostered smooth communications with clients from initial project specifications
through sustained maintenance.
A commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, Tyler holds an MS in Aeronautical
Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BS in Aeronautical Engineering
from Purdue University.

Terry Nawrot
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Terry brings over 10 years of experience in customer support and marketing. She
manages the day-to-day operating activities of software development, operations
and client support. Nawrot is responsible for delivering Informz products,
client satisfaction and client retention.
Prior to her role as COO, Terry was the Director of Client Services where she
led a team of eMarketing Advisors who provide marketing and consulting support
to clients. Her position included management and knowledge of all Informz client
accounts.
Before joining Informz, she worked for MapInfo Corporation in the Marketing
Programs department where she was an avid user of the Informz application.
Nawrot also worked for Thomson Learning, marketing products to schools,
retailers, and professional organizations through print and electronic media.
She holds a BS in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Patrick Janidlo
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Patrick brings over fifteen years of experience in the software industry and
Internet development applications to his role as CTO, where he
leads teams of developers performing software development and operations
support.
Prior to joining Informz, he was Lead Project Engineer at Exploration
Enterprises and a Programmer/Analyst for the New York State Department of Motor
Vehicles where he worked on several Zero-Tolerance applications and
enhancements.
He holds an MS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at
Albany and a BS in Business Administration from Fredonia State College.

Meggan Mangino
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Meggan brings over twelve years of experience in sales. She leads the sales
and marketing teams to identify potential business partners and maintains
current
relationships with Partners, in addition to managing direct sales and
corporate marketing.
Prior to joining Informz, she worked for MapInfo Corporation for seven years
as a Sales Operations Manager, Sales Training Manager, and Account
Representative.
She holds a BS in Marketing/Management from Northwood University in
Michigan.

Joyce Wells
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
Joyce brings over ten years of experience in customer support and marketing.
She leads a team of eMarketing Advisors who provide marketing and consulting
support to clients. Her position entails management and knowledge of all
Informz client accounts.
Prior to joining Informz, she worked for Thomson Learning as a Senior
Marketing Communications Manager where she oversaw all marketing and
branding initiatives for the Career Education division that encompassed
Hospitality, Travel and Tourism; Culinary; Cosmetology; Agriscience;
Paralegal; Early Childhood Education and Driver's Education. She also was
cofounder/publisher of Violet Publications, a local women’s publication that
focused on women’s health, career and lifestyle.
She holds a BS in Fine Arts from the State University of New York at
Brockport.

Mickey Chandler
DIRECTOR OF ISP RELATIONS
Mickey manages client and consumer data privacy, regulatory compliance issues, ISP relations, and client consultation on deliverability best practices. He is a key member in industry associations and alliances, and is a recognized national speaker on email compliance and deliverability topics.
Chandler has worked at Mail Abuse Prevention System, LLC, as part of its outsourced abuse desk offering where he worked front-line abuse, handling queue triage, ensuring customer compliance with applicable Terms of Service and other contractual agreements, and complaint response covering a gamut of issues from network security to spam. He is also a policy fellow with the Institute for Spam & Internet Public Policy.
He holds a BA in Government from Angelo State University and the Legal Assistant Program of the University of Texas.
